| 摘 要： | 本文对创业导向三种测量方法进行了分析比较,搜集了1977-2009年间国际期刊创业导向量表修正文献37篇,从文献数量、修正来源、测量维度、条目数以及实证对象等5个方面进行了综述.根据创业导向三维度和五维度量表发展过程的不同特点,梳理了创业导向量表的发展脉络,评价了创业导向量表研究的理论贡献,并对未来研究方向提出了建议.

| Abstract: | It makes a comparative analysis on the three measurement approaches of entrepreneurial orientation(EO).Based on 37 articles of the development of EO scale from 1977 to 2009,it summarizes from the aspects of originality,source index,dimensions,scale items,and sample characteristics.According to the different characteristics of the three-dimension and the five-dimension EO scales,it discusses the development process of EO scale,and evaluates the theoretical contributions of studies on EO scale.Finally,it puts... |
