| 摘 要： | 作为资源理论的新发展，资源协奏揭示了管理者通过结构化企业资源、将资源捆绑形成能力以及利用能力为企业创造和发展竞争优势的作用机制。首先，梳理了资源主动管理视角下资源拼凑、资源编排、资源协奏的概念和作用机制，并提出资源协奏涵盖了资源拼凑和资源编排的主要内容，可以适用于企业经营管理的全部情境。其次，全方位探析了企业资源在水平、垂直、生命周期的异质情境下资源协奏作用机制的研究发展，厘清了企业资源通过资源协奏转化为竞争优势的具体机理。最后，总结了资源协奏在异质情境下作用机制的整体关系，并提出了资源协奏作用机制未来研究的方向。对资源协奏的概念和作用机制进行全面系统的梳理，有助于资源协奏研究的发展和完善，对促进企业管理者重视资源主动管理具有较强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | As a new development of resource-based theory, resource orchestration reveals the mechanism that managers create competitive advantages for enterprises by structuring resources, bundling resources to form capabilities, and leveraging capabilities to create advantage. Firstly, the study summarized the concepts and mechanisms of resource bricolage, resource choreography and resource orchestration from the resource-focused action view, and held that resource orchestration cover the main contents of resource bricolage and resource choreography, and could be applied to heterogeneous situations of enterprise management. Then, the study comprehensively analyzed the research and development of the resource orchestration mechanism of enterprise resources in heterogeneous situational of horizontal, vertical and life cycle, and clarified the specific mechanism of the transformation of enterprise resources into competitive advantage through resource orchestration. On this basis, the study summarized the relationship between the mechanism of resource orchestration in heterogeneous situations, and summarized the future research direction of the mechanism of resource orchestration. Through a comprehensive and systematic review of the concept and mechanism of resource orchestration, this study contributes to the development and improvement of resource orchestration, and has a strong practical significance in promoting enterprise managers to pay attention to active resource management. |
