| 摘 要： | 我国的科研院所转制是具有鲜明的中国特色和明显的经济转型背景的组织变革问题。在此，综合管理学、经济学、组织行为学和系统工程学等多学科知识构建科研院所转制的三阶段过程模型，从而在一个研究框架内系统地分析科研院所企业化转制的操作思路、工作内容和所运用的理论工具。

| Abstract: | System transformation of research institutes in China is a special issue of organization change with distinct Chinese characteristics and an apparent economic reform background. It puts forward a three steps process mode for the system transformation based on multi subjects knowledge,including management,economics,organization behavior and system engineering,etc. Within the framework,it analyzes operating process,working content and necessary academic tools for the system transformation of research institutes toward enterprises. |
