| Abstract: | It introduces the background and basic content of the organization theory of team net,and the principle of its formulation;describes the influence of team net organization to the new product development,technological innovation,and the development of new high tech enterprises;analyzes the development trend of this type of organization,which is to form team net cooperation among enterprises;and then discusses the necessity and possibility of establishing team net in Chinese enterprises in this paper. |
