| 摘 要： | 知识分享是一类风险决策行为,信任具有重要的风险管理功能.文章基于企业内知识分享决策的风险特征,提出了管理知识分享风险的信任结构模型,并通过经验数据,实证检验了不同信任维度间的关系及其对知识分享决策的影响.结果表明,制度信任是认知信任和情感信任发展的基础,而对知识分享决策的直接影响主要来自情感信任.

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing is a kind of risky decision making behavior,and trust has an important function of risk management.Through analysis on the characteristics of the risk of knowledge sharing decision,here it proposes a trust structure model for risk management in knowledge sharing decision making.Based on survey data,it examines the relationships between different dimensions of trust,as well as their impacts on knowledge sharing decision making.The conclusion shows that institution-based trust is the basis of the development of cognition-based trust and affection-based trust,and the affection-based trust among people has a direct effect on knowledge sharing decision making. |
