| 摘 要： | 知识管理的研究日益深入，许多学者和企业家们从理论与实践的角度为知识管理提出了系统、科学的研究框架。据此，对近十年来较为成熟的知识管理模型作一综述分析，以期提高我国企业的知识管理水平，为该领域的科学研究提供系统的理论和方法。

It reviews these models appeared since 1990s in the parpose to help organizations to recognize their knowledge management and improve their capability of knowledge innovation. |
