| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是促进科技与经济结合的关键，也是我国经济和科技体制改革要着力解决的一个十分重要的问题，据此，重点分析了当前我国产学研合作创新所在的五个问题，提出了解决产学研创新合作困难的四条措施。
