| 摘 要： | 分析了国内环境和风险投资业的发展．根据Li—Yorke定理推论出风险投资项目存在混沌．根据风险投资业和科研项目投资的共同特点提出了可以运用于高校科研项目投资管理方面的战略是：为实现短期的最大超额利润和最小风险，投资数量少、质量精、规模较大的项目．据此，提出高校科研项目投资应抓住机遇、加速发展，加强多元化投资、强化实时控制的战略转型．

| Abstract: | The rapid development of Chinese venture capital and domestic environment are analyzed. It is inferred that there is chaos in venture capital in terms of Li - Yorke theory. The strategy that suites the management of scientific program in colleges and universities is put forward according to the common characteristic on venture capital trade and investment of scientific research program, that is, in order to realize maximal exceeding quota profit and minimal venture, the best decision is to invest the program that has the feature of little investment, perfect quota and large scale. At last, it is raised that the strategy should turn to the direction of grasping opportunity, accelerating development, strengthening multi-faceted investment and intensifying control as occasion demands in investment of scientific program in colleges and universities. |
