| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of actual lessons suffering China's enterprises resulted from the strategies of patent competition taken by foreign enterprises,it points out the importance of patent to enterprises in implementing strategies with market competition at first,then raises strategies and measures by which China's enterprises utilize patent for protection and growth of their international market share on the basis of analy in the present situation of China's enterprises' export market and availability and possibility to take patent as a measure to protect market. |
