| 摘 要： | 合作企业间的知识共享能够促进知识积累和提高创新能力,进而提高企业突变创新的成功概率.突变创新的完整过程不仅包括狭义的突变创新行为,还包括创新成果的商业化.通过一个整合框架,分析在企业合作背景下,知识共享对于突变创新的促进作用和企业家导向与技术动荡性对企业的突变创新行为与企业绩效之间关系的影响.结果表明,知识共享显著地促进了企业的突变创新行为,企业家导向会促进突变创新与绩效之间的正向关系,技术动荡性具有消极影响.

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing among cooperative firms improves significantly their knowledge accumulation and innova-tive capacity, which increase the success possibility of radical innovation. The whole process of radical innovation in-cludes both innovation activity and the commercialization of innovation results. With a integrated research framework, it analyses the promotion of knowledge sharing on radical innovation under the cooperative background, and the effects of entrepreneurial orientation and technology turbulence on the relation between radical innovation activities and finn per-formance. The results indicate the positive correlation between knowledge sharing and radical innovation. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation has positive moderating effect on the relation between radical innovation and finn performance while technology turbulence has negative moderating effect. |
