| 摘 要： | 摘 要：数字经济在蓬勃兴起和纵深发展的同时,也带来许多新挑战、新问题,尤其是大型互联网平台在急剧扩
张过程中没有及时受到应有的反垄断监管,产生的竞争问题与日俱增。针对现行反垄断法规滞后和分析工具不足等监
管难题,当今世界各主要经济体都在围绕数字经济的本质特征和大型平台的具体特点,积极健全竞争法规,完善治理
体系,探索理论创新。在过去的一年多里,中央加大力度落实竞争政策的基础地位,数字经济法制建设和平台经济专
项整改也已经取得显著成效。在此背景下,本文旨在进一步阐释数字经济反垄断科学监管理论创新的学理基础和重点
攻关方向。创新发展反垄断科学监管理论将有助于充实反垄断监管力量,弥补分析工具的不足,逐步实现精准、有效
和及时的监管,从而更好地匹配我国在新发展阶段的重大战略需要。

In terms of management problems, all major economies in the world are actively improving competition laws and regulations and Governance around the essential characteristics of digital economy and the specific characteristics of large platforms
System, explore theoretical innovation. Over the past year, the central government has made greater efforts to implement the basic status of competition policy, the construction of digital economy legal system and platform economy
This rectification has also achieved remarkable results. In this context, this paper aims to further explain the theoretical basis and focus of the theoretical innovation of antitrust scientific supervision in digital economy
Research direction. Innovating and developing scientific anti-monopoly supervision theory will help to enrich the anti-monopoly supervision force, make up for the lack of analysis tools, and gradually achieve accuracy and effectiveness
