| 摘 要： | 基于2012和2014年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据,以方言差异作为文化差异的代理变量,考察劳动力在流动过程中产生的文化差异对其创业决策的影响。在充分考虑计量模型可能存在的估计偏误后,采用倾向得分匹配法和双重差分法估计。结果表明,劳动力跨方言区流动所形成的地区文化差异对其创业决策存在显著的积极影响;地区文化差异主要通过影响创业者的技术资源获取和资金获取影响其创业行为。在考虑了不同的匹配方法、方言区的不同划分标准以及潜在的测量误差等问题后,本文的研究结果依然稳健。

| Abstract: | Based on the data from Chinese labor force dynamic survey (CLDS) in 2012 and 2014, it employed PSM-DID to control the potential biased error of the empirical model and discussed the influence of cultural differences generated in the process of labor force mobility on their entrepreneurial decisions. After fully considering the possible estimation errors of the econometric model, the results suggest that cultural difference generated during migration in different dialects regions has a significantly positive effect on the entrepreneurial behavior of floating labor force. Moreover, it finds that cultural difference affects the entrepreneurial behavior mainly through affecting the access of technology and finance. After considering different methods in matching and measuring cultural difference and potential measuring errors, the conclusion remains robust. |
