摘    要:组织结构是组织内部分工协作的基本形式,不同组织结构形态导致企业的技术能力对自主创新方式产生差异性的影响.既有文献主要集中于技术能力对创新方式选择的影响及两者间相互关系的研究.本研究将组织结构、技术能力、自主创新方式整合在一个理论模型中,以我国科技型企业为研究对象对三者关系进行了实证研究.研究结果表明,组织结构对企业技术能力与自主创新方式之间具有调节作用.本研究在推进相关理论研究的同时,为我国科技型企业基于自身特点如何有效调整自主创新方式提供了指南.

Abstract:As the foundation of division of labor and coordination of work in an organization,organization structure,in different forms,always has important impacts on differeneiation of independent innovation mode caused by organizational technological capabilities.However,present literatures generally focus on the influence of technical competence to the mode of innovation and the relative inter-relation.Different from the other present literature,it integrates organization struCtUre,technological capabilities and independent innovation into one theoretical model,and focuses on the three factors with references to China's technology-intensive enterprises.The results show that organization structure exerts a function of modification between those enterprises' technological capabilities and independent innovation.Besides the theoretical promotion,it also provides a guidance to modify the modes ofindependent innovation for the technologyintensive enterprises.
