| Abstract: | Transformation of S&T achievements in universities and colleges has always been concerned by the public. In recent years, some universities and colleges actively explore new ideas for transformation and industrialization of S&T a-chievements, enhance communication and cooperation with the local partners and the industry, promote industrialization of high technology, combine universities with enterprises as well as S&T with economy, and make breakthroughs in the transformation of S&T achievements and the service for local economic construction on technology. |
