| 摘 要： | 创新体制下高校科研趋于多元化,承担国防项目和重大项目的机会逐渐增多,高校为此引入了源于企业的质量管理体系.高校能否适应、如何适应质量管理体系这一新生事物值得分析和研究.高校应通过有效途径增强对质量体系的适应性,促进科研质量和管理水平的提高.
