| 摘 要： | 面临国际经济一体化，国家要提高综合国力，企业要增强核心竞争力，合作创新已成为必然趋势；同时，合作创新也缓解了个体创新的市场失灵问题。在此，研究一种有效的合作创新形式－－研究合作组织（RJVs)的影响因素和发展现状，并提出研究合作组织的激励实施模式。

| Abstract: | Faced with interational economic unification,cooperate innovation has becoming the inevitable trend for the country to advance the synthetic ability and enhance the competence. At the same time,cooperate innovation can relax the market failure problems that educed by the individual innovation. Research joint ventures,as an efficiency cooperate innovation way is studied in this paper. The influence factors are analyzed and the incentive model to research joint ventures is advanced. |
