| 摘 要： | 在分析集群经济和社会效益的基础上，从产业集群网络要素和结构关系的角度探讨了集群效应有限性的主要原因；分析集群规模与集群效应的关联性，提出在集群规模和集群效应之间存在着极限约束．在没有达到极限约束之前，扩大集群规模可以不断增强集群效应；如果超越了极限约束，集群效应将大幅度地递减．进一步阐明了产业集群规模与集群效应的相关性对我国产业集群发展的启示．

| Abstract: | After analyzing the economic and social effects of the industrial cluster,it discusses the main reasons of the limited cluster effect from the standpoint of the industrial cluster network factor and structure.By analyzing the linkage of the cluster scale with the cluster effect,it puts forward that there is a terminal restraint between the cluster scale and the cluster effect,and the cluster effect increases with the expansion of the cluster scale before the cluster scale has not surpassed the terminal restraint,after that,the cluster effect decreases progressively.Furthermore,it analyzes enlightenment to the development of China's industrial cluster according to the linkage of the cluster scale with the cluster effect. |
