| 摘 要： | 高新技术项目投资具有高风险、高收益的特点，科学准确的评价方法对项目投资至关重要。在此，将高新技术项目投资风险评价的方法划分为以AHP(Annalytic Hierarchy Process)为代表的传统方法和以ANN(Artificial Neural Network)为代表的新方法，分析了两种方法的应用概况及存在的局限性，并作了详细的比较研究。最后，简单探讨了高新技术项目投资风险评价方法的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The high-tech project investment is characterized by high risks and huge profits,so an accurate scientific risk assessing method is of great importance to the investment. It divides risk assessing methods into two kinds:one is the traditional AHP (analytical hierarchy process),the other the newly arising ANN (artificial neural network);analyzes the application and existing limitations of the two typical methods; and makes a detailed comparative study of these two. Finally,it briefly discusses the developing trend of risk assessing methods for the high-tech project investment. |
