| 摘 要： | 创业投资是一种新型的金融性投资，独特的退出机制是投资活动开展的前提。创业投资机构作业创业投资的主角，如何制定、实施创业资本的投资退出战略是关系到其创业投资成败的关键所在。本文根据创业投资运作过程，创造性地提出了我国创业投资机构的投资退出战略。

| Abstract: | Venture capital is a new financing investment,the unique exit mechanism is the prerequisite of venture capital's operation. As the protagonist of venture capital,venture capital corporation should make out and execute the strategies which are the key factors to shape the ending of their investment. Based on the process of venture capital's operation,it puts forward the strategies of investment withdrawal. |
