| 摘 要： | 制约创业学习研究的一个障碍是，缺少一个清晰的普遍认同的研究焦点．提出创业学习的核心内容是如何灵活利用三种创租机制，从而获得经济租和取得竞争优势．对创租机制的运用构成了经济组织的两大类活动，即“探索”和“利用”．“利用”是对现有资源的价值实现活动，而“探索”是对潜力资源的追求和获取活动．解决组织在各个层次上面临的挑战，必须具有平衡“探索”和“利用”的技巧，这种技巧应该成为创业学习研究的焦点．万向公司的创业案例表明了这种技巧的现实价值，在战略层次正确应用这种技巧直接有益于创业的成功．

| Abstract: | Absence of commonly accepted focus has become an impediment of entrepreneurial learning research.It suggests that the core issue of entrepreneurial learning is to learn how to skillfully handle the 3 rent-creating mechanisms.According to theory,wielding those rent-creating mechanisms may result in two kinds of activity in economic entity,namely 'exploration' and 'exploitation'.Exploitation denotes the activities of exerting existing resources,and exploration means trying to get those potentially valuable resoruces.Actually,to settle the trouble in every level of organization,balance those two different activities is necessary skill for all firms.Furthermore,this skill should be taken as the focus of entrepreneurial learning research.In the end,a case about Wan Xiang group shows us the applicable value of that skill,and the result confirms that proper usage of that skill directly relates the success of entrepreneurship. |
