| 摘 要： | 垄断结构下的企业通常比其他结构下的企业有实力创新，而是否有创新的动力则成为垄断与创新关系研究的焦点．综述垄断结构对创新的激励水平，通过不确定性创新模型证明垄断地位对创新存在激励，但激励水平不一定高于挑战者．在专利竞赛模型中引入学习竞赛概念，最终证明，垄断者不提高自己的学习速度，将有可能在创新竞赛中失败；单向溢出效应的存在使垄断者在学习途径上不如挑战者．以IBM在计算机产业中的兴衰为例，分析学习速度对创新以至于企业成败的影响．

| Abstract: | The firms under the monopoly structure often have more strength of innovation than those under other structures.Whether the monopolist has the motive to innovate becomes the research focus on the relationship between the monopoly and the innovation.It simply introduces the incentives of the monoploly structure on innovation.It proves with an uncertainty innovation model that the monoploly status does encourage innovation,but the incentive level is not certainly higher than the challenger.And it also leads the learning race into the patent race model and proves at last if the monopolist can't improve its learning speed,it will probably fail in the innovation race;and that one-way spillovers make the monooplist have less learning ways than challengers.At the end,it analyzes effects of learning speed on innovation and performance of enterprises from the experiences of IBM development in the computer industry. |
