组织支持感、感情承诺与知识分享行为的关系研究

摘    要:通过对珠三角地区企业员工的问卷调查,研究中国文化背景下企业员工组织支持感、感情承诺与知识分享行为的关系,结构方程建模分析发现组织支持感对知识分享行为有积极的影响效应,感情承诺在两者的关系中起到完全中介作用.

Abstract:With the questionnaire survey of corporation staff in Pearl River Delta,it studies the relationship of perceived organizational support,affective commitment and staff's knowledge-sharing behavior under Chinese cultural background.With analysis of two structural equation models,it finds that perceived organizational support positively affects knowledge-sharing behavior.Furthermore,affective commitment fully mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge-sharing behavior.
