| 摘 要： | 技术转移能够迅速提升发展中国家企业技术能力．但在技术转移中，隐性知识具有粘滞性，是难以转化的．以技术转移中隐性知识为研究对象，从企业层面探讨技术转移中隐性知识转化影响因素，并进一步从技术原体、技术受体、关系因素和转移行为四个方面对影响因素进行分析。

| Abstract: | In the developing countries,technology transfer can quickly promote the technology capability of the companies.However,in the process of technology transfer,tacit knowledge is sticky,therefore,it is difficult to converse.It tries to research the influence factors of the tacit knowledge transfer from enterprise aspect.Furthermore,it analyses the influence factors from four aspects such as the technology owner,the technology receptor,the relative factors and the behavior of transfer. |
