| 摘 要： | 危机既是危险也是机遇。当前我国行业协会面临着国际贸易中频发的反倾销、反补贴的强大攻势和国内以食品安全为主的产品质量问题盛行的新形势的严峻考验,身处亦官亦民"两不是"和职能缺失的政府、企业与社会"三不认"尴尬境地的行业协会该如何把握时机,转危为安呢?从行业协会存在与发展的合理性研究得出:新形势下行业协会应以"强身健体"为基础,努力实现协会与政府、企业和社会之间的良性互动才是化解危机,实现发展的根本路径。

| Abstract: | The crisis is both a danger and an opportunity. At present, Chinese industry Associations is facing heavy international trade pressure of frequently anti-dumping and anti-subsidies and domestic severe test of the new situation that product quality problems mainly food safety flourished, industry associations both like institutions and like the folk organizations, but they are neither institutions nor folk organizations, government with missing functions, enterprise and society ＂three do not recognize＂ them, in such awkward position, how do the industry asso- ciations grasp the crisis and pull through it？ We can conclude from the rational study of the existence and development of industry associations, the fundamental way of defuse the crisis and achieve development is that industry associations should base on ＂keeping fit＂ under the new situation, make efforts to achieve the positive interaction between the association and the government, enterprise and society. |
