| 摘 要： | 当今知识产权已成为国际间企业竞争的重要因素,但我国企业在知识产权管理方面还非常缺乏经验,尤其对影响知识产权管理绩效的因素,以及怎样建立知识产权管理工作绩效评价体系仍处于探索阶段。本文运用实证研究分析和理论综合的手段,建立知识产权管理绩效影响因素评价的理论体系,并运用层次分析法对各因素进行分析,得到评价体系中各因素的相对重要性,以期对企业的知识产权管理提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Nowadays intellectual property has become an important factor in international competition,but Chinese enterprises still lack experience in intellectual property management?Studies on what factors affect intellectual property management performance and on how to build an intellectual property management performance evaluation system are still at the preliminary stage?Based on empirical research as well as theoretical study,this paper is aimed at building a theoretical framework for intellectual property management performance evaluation?After a hierarchical analysis of the factors which affect intellectual property management performance evaluation,it defines the relative importance of these factors in the theoretical framework? This study is to offer much help to intellectual property management in enterprises? |
