| 摘 要： | 文章根据当前高校阳光体育发展以健康第一为指导思想的趋势,分析了大学生自身的体育需要,改变了以运动项目为主体的教学体系,指出了传统体育的弊端以及当前体育教学中存在的问题。提出了改革课程设置、转变教学观念、结合大学生的心理和生理以及文化素养较高的特点,把传统"体育课"过渡转变为"体育与健康课程"。把先进体育教学的新思想、新特点、新成果和民族传统的优秀成果结合起来,使大学体育教学更加科学化,为大学体育教学更加切合当代大学生的实际需要提供了经验和参考。
