| 摘 要： | 办学特色是指大学在长期办学过程中积淀形成的、特有的、稳定的、区别于其他高校的独特优质风貌,以及在办学过程中形成的体现一所高校办学优势和特性的总和。地方高校要实现较好发展,根本出路在于特色办学,走特色化发展道路。地方高校办学特色培育是一项系统工程,要整体考虑,把握凝练、构建和路径三个环节,要以现有特色凝练提升为前提,整体特色体系构建为核心,特色培育路径选择为关键,真正实施"特色兴校"战略,推动地方高校健康发展。
