| 摘 要： | 科研经费管理是高校科研管理的重要组成部分,文章结合江苏某地方性综合大学科研经费管理现状,从科研经费的来源渠道、管理体系、过程管理及科研项目的管理侧重等方面分析了当前科研经费管理中的存在问题,并针对这些地方综合性大学普遍存在的问题,从四个方面提出了加强地方性综合大学科研经费管理的对策,从而建立科学可行的科研经费管理体制,不断完善科研经费管理制度,提高经费的使用效率,从而切实保证高校科研工作的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The management of scientific research funds forms an important part of college scientific research management.By investigating the present situation of the scientific research funds management in a local comprehensive university in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the problems commonly found in the scientific research funds management.In order to cope with these problems better,this paper proposes some solutions to improve the management. |
