| 摘 要： | 在支撑技术创新环境体系中,技术市场扮演重要角色。本文运用1995~2006年的数据从总体规模和交易合约结构两个角度对中国技术市场的发展现状进行了分析,明确了目前制约我国技术市场发展的主要因素,针对以上因素,分别从技术市场供给、技术中介等方面给出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The technology market plays an important role in the environmental system for supporting technology innovation.This paper deals with the developing situation of China's technical market based on the data from 1995 to 2006.The results indicate that some problems exist in the technical market of China in terms of scale and trade structure.Countermeasures including expanding technical market scale,strengthening the function of technical market have been put forward. |
