| 摘 要： | 传统的发展模式,以资源的大量消耗实现工业化和现代化,其发展必将难以为继.为减轻经济增长对资源供给的压力,增强可持续发展能力,必须大力发展循环经济,以尽可能少的资源消耗和尽可能小的环境代价,取得最大的经济产出并最大限度地降低废物排放.上海化工区的实践证明,产业集群对循环经济发展具有巨大的带动作用.

| Abstract: | The traditional developing mode,at the cost of consuming a large quantity of resource to achieve industrialization and modernization,is bound to be non-sustainable.In order to reduce the great pressure on resources and environment,and strengthen the ability of sustainable development,cycle economics is an inevitable choice.The practice of Shanghai chemical industry park demonstrates that industry cluster can significantly push cycle economics forward in certain ways. |
