| 摘 要： | 人才强国战略是一项新的国策,区域人才资源管理是人才强国战略的重要组成部分,是区域经济竞争力的一个重要指标。通过调查研究湖北省孝感市人才资源管理状况,找出存在的问题,并提出了我国加强和改进区域人才资源管理的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The talent powerful nation strategy is a new national policy,the region talent resource management is an important constituent of the talent powerful nation strategy and an important index of region economical competitive power.Through the investigation and study on the talent resource management condition of the Xiaogan city in Hubei Province,this article discovered the existing questions,proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve the region talent resource management in our country. |
