| 摘 要： | 校企合作是职业教育发展的必由之路,基于领导者的不同需求,把校企双方领导者分为补缺型、利益型和长远型三种,分析了三种类型领导者的心理特征,并研究了校企双方三种领导类型之间的博弈关系,得出了博弈结果,最后用案例说明了博弈关系的实际运用,对校企合作长效机制研究具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | School-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the development of vocational education .Based on different de-sires of the leaders,the leaders of both schools and enterprises are divided into filled type ,interests type and long-term type. Meanwhile ,the paper analyzes the game analysis of school-enterprise cooperation among the three leader types ,obtaining the game results,and finally illustrates the actual use with cases between the relationship games ,which has certain guiding sig-nificance for the long-term study of school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms . |
