| 摘 要： | 对诺贝尔奖获得者——高层次科技创新人才的基本素质构成进行了探讨，分析了高层次科技创新人才所应具备的知识文化素质、创新素质、心理素质和道德品质素质，对造就培养高层次创新科技人才的途径进行了初步探讨。
