| 摘 要： | 总结当前高校对科技人才引进的模式以及存在的问题。探讨了高校人才引进工作的迫切形势、人才引进的常见模式、如何发挥好引进人才的最大潜能以及对引进人才的科学管理等问题。高校应该通过借鉴国内外高校的先进经验并结合自己的切身体会不断探索出适合自己高校实际情况的管理与考核模式,以利于各个高校的可持续发展。
