| 摘 要： | 校园文化建设是高校办学的有机组成部分,对实现素质教育具有重要的作用和意义。校园文化建设的物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化四个层面,有利于培养大学生的业务素质、思想道德素质、身心素质、文化素质。校园文化建设,应从加强对校园文化建设的领导、增强校园各项活动的文化色彩、增强高校的学术氛围、充分发挥教师的主导作用等几个方面入手,以实现素质教育的目标。
