| 摘 要： | 泛在知识环境下,高校图书馆信息用户的信息需求、获取方式以及对服务的期望等都发生了很大的变化,为更好的服务于用户,高校图书馆应该调整服务策略,把以用户需求为导向的信息服务理念贯穿于为用户提供信息服务的整个过程之中。深化服务的重中之重在于采取自助式、多元化、学科化、协作服务等方式拓展服务领域,加大信息咨询服务的广度与深度。
