| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校的快速发展和体制改革的不断深化,以及高校后勤管理社会化的进一步发展,实行高校有偿物业管理已是社会发展的必然。文章对高校家属区社会化物业管理提出了几点看法,对高校如何进行社会化物业管理有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of institutions of higher education and its deepening structural reforms,the socialization of logistic management in institutions of higher education has been greatly promoted.As a result,paid estate management should be practiced.The paper puts forward several approaches to the socialization of logistic management to promote the estate management. |
