| 摘 要： | 高等学校开设的知识产权课程偏重知识产权法学理论学习,欠缺实务操作训练。开设实践性知识产权课程即专利申请与撰写,结合实例讲述如何申请专利、如何撰写专利申请文件等内容,具有很强的实用性。专利申请与撰写课程的开设是一种探索和实践创新。
