| 摘 要： | 要使自主创新活动顺利成功并达到创新主体的预期目标和效果,一定需要知识产权保护为其保驾护航。分析了我国当前知识产权保护战略与自主创新的偏离,并建议从增强知识产权保护意识、完善知识产权保护法律体系、培养相关人才和完善社会支撑体系、政府要引导企业制定知识产权战略等方面,加强知识产权保护,掀起自主创新的浪潮。

| Abstract: | In the independent innovation,we must strengthen intellectual property right protection to achieve the aim of innovation.This thesis analysed the departure between intellectual property right protection strategy in china and independent innovation.And probed the measure of intellectual property right protection in independent innovation: consummating lawmaking system,the sanity of management mechanism,setting down specific strategy,fostering per- son with ability. |
