摘    要:知识、智能和技术密集型企业内部的知识管理成为企业维持、创新和不断发展的基础和前提。科技人才知识创新包括交叉性、协作性、复合性、独立性和社会性的特点,因而它依赖知识团队成员多种知识的融合、多种学科的交叉和多学科人才共同智慧的结晶,通过建立知识库、知识地图、知识社区、内部知识市场提高知识转移效率,为科技人才构建专业性知识合作体系,营造良好的外部专业环境,为知识创新奠定基础。

Abstract:The internal knowledge management of the knowledge,intelligence and technology-intensive enterprise has become the basis and premise of maintaining,innovative and sustaining development of the enterprise.The knowledge innovation of scientific talents possess the characteristics of interdisciplinary,collaborative,comprehensive,independent,sociality,therefore,it depends on the multi-knowledge blending,interdisciplinary cross and the common wisdom crystallization of interdisciplinary talents of members of the knowledge team,enhance knowledge transfer efficiency through establishing knowledge base,knowledge map,knowledge community and internal knowledge market,construct professional knowledge cooperation system for the scientific talents and build excellent external professional environment,thereby laying foundation for the knowledge innovation.
