| 摘 要： | 高校国防生是现代化军队建设的重要人才支撑,加强国防生军政素质培养具有重要意义。调研组成员走访了西安科技大学国防生任职单位,对学校国防生军政素质培养情况进行了现状分析,总结出了成绩和存在的问题,并从高校国防生培养的特殊性出发,以西安科技大学国防生培养为视角,提出从育人机制、教育平台、培养模式和队伍形象等方面加强国防生军政素质培养的对策。
