| 摘 要： | 21世纪全球经济与社会快速发展,科技发展进入信息时代,面对"增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"的呼声,我国的医学教育迫切需要培养创新型医学人才。通过对新世纪医学发展的趋势和特点的分析,阐明了医学创新的内涵和医学创新人才的素质,提出了创新型医学人才培养的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | With globle economy and fast development of society in the 21st century,technology development goes into information age.Faced with the voice of boosting up innovative ability and constructing innovative country,medical education need to cultivate innovative qualified medical talents eagerly.Through analysis of the trend and characteristic of medical development in the new century,connotation of medical innovation and quality of innovative qualified medical person are clarified,and the cultivating method and approach for innovative qualified medical person are put forward. |
