| 摘 要： | 自主创新是国家科技发展的中心环节,而国家创新环境是提高企业创新积极性和创新能力的重要保证。从市场、政策、文化等角度分析了影响我国企业自主创新能力的七个主要的环境因素,提出了未来创新政策制定中应当注意的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Independent innovation is a main form of science and technology development in China,and national innovation milieu is the important assurance to promote innovation effort and innovation capacity of enterprises.This paper analyses seven main environmental factors that affect the innovation capacity of enterprises in China,and concludes the role matter of making innovation policy in the future. |
