| 摘 要： | 利用灰色系统理论的灰色关联度分析、灰关联聚类的方法,以江苏省38所部委和省属高校2002年科技统计指标为例,进行分析、聚类,结果形成了38所高校科技活动绩效的优劣排序,与同类评价相比,本方法用于高校科技活动的评价体现了简捷、实用的特点,是高校科技实力评估的一种可行的新途径。

| Abstract: | With the method of grey system clustering analysis and grey relational cluster,we order the position of ac- tivities in science and technology according to the statistical index of 38 universities of Jiangsu province in 2002. Comparing with the others evaluation,the method in this paper is simple and practical,and a new way to evaluate the strength of university inscience and technology. |
