| 摘 要： | 宝鸡高科技产业的发展存在着智力资源支撑不足、区域创新体系缺失、没有形成产业集群、缺乏自主知识产权等问题。解决这些问题的对策主要有：加速开发智力资源、创建区域创新体系、培育产业集群、强化科技创新。

| Abstract: | With the development of Baoji Hi-tech industry,the problems like the lack of intelligence resources,re- gional innovation systerms and industry groups appear.To solve these problems,the major countermeasures are to quicken up the development of intelligence resources,to establish regional innovational systems,to breed industrial groups and to strengthen the technological innovations. |
