| 摘 要： | 从职业道德、专业知识、组织协调能力、应用办公软件及掌握统计知识等5个方面对基于网络化和信息化等新形势下企业科研项目管理人员的基本素养进行了阐述,并从科研项目的策划、申报、申请书和任务书编制、执行过程、结题及成果保护等6个方面对科研项目管理人员应如何做好科研项目管理工作提出了自己的建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the network and information,the basic quality and accomplishment of enterprise scientific and research project management personnel has been discussed from the aspects of professional ethics,professional knowledge,organization and coordination ability,application of office software and the mastery of statistics knowledge.The paper holds that scientific research project management personnel should know how to do well in scientific research project management from research project planning,application,preparation of application and commitments,execution process,concluding and result protection. |
