| 摘 要： | 为评估高校一年来科技活动的人力、物力、财力资源投入所取得的成效、科技成果产出成本、产出效率和产出水平等提供参考。从全国普通高等院校科技统计年报表,分析高校科技人力资源分布及科技人力资源配置状况,分析高校科技经费的投入与支出情况,分析高校科技活动机构的情况,分析高校当年在研科研项目的来源、研究类别及研究人员的投入情况和参与科研项目的研究生情况,分析高校科技活动中科技成果的产出及获奖情况。总结高校在科技活动中科技投入与科技成果产出的优势和存在的不足,为高校制定科学的发展规划、实施宏观调控提供客观依据。
