| 摘 要： | 大学校园的核心就是学生教育和管理。除了学术知识的传授之外,我们要给予学生的更是人格塑造。平时点滴的学生管理尤为重要,只有树立了正确的管理机制,积极地管理理念,科学的管理方法,才能培养出合格优秀的社会建设者。文章针对目前大学校园中存在的学风建设问题,网络问题等问题,分析了原因,提出了自己的看法。
