| 摘 要： | 农业科技成果转化过程可被看作是一种成果交易契约的形成过程。它可以按照交易界面位置的不同分成企业自行研究转化、研究机构后续开发、成果转让、企业提前介入研究、研究机构自行研究转化等五种模式。履行不同的交易契约需要花费不同的交易成本，有效的农业科技成果转化模式可以降低交易费用，加速农业科技成果转化。

| Abstract: | The process of agriculture S & T achievements transformation can be seen as a making of contract.With the difference of transaction interface,it can be classified to 5 types.There are different costs with different contracts.An efficient transformation model can lower the transaction cost,speed up the transformation of agriculture S & T a- chievements. |
