| 摘 要： | 房地产业是整个国民经济的重要组成部分,在社会经济发展中具有不可替代的作用.文章以投入产出表为基础,运用影响力系数和推动力系数分析了山东省房地产业在经济系统中所处的地位和作用,以及房地产业对其他产业的影响.通过分析得出房地产业对其他产业部门的前后向关联很大,对整个山东省经济的发展带动作用明显.

| Abstract: | The real estate industry which plays an irreplaceable role is an important component of the national economy.Based on Input-Output Table,this paper analyze the influential factors and motivation factors of the real estate.The result is that the real estate is not yet the dominant industry in Shandong province.However it will be the dominant industry in several years. |
